Stella is drinkin' San Pellegrino...

Water is a fundamental part of our lives and it's easy to forget how much we completely depend on it. Second to oxygen, water is an essential need for life. Stella needs to drink at last 8 glasses a day (10 to be safe). But lets be honest, plain water can get a lil boring so she needs to spice it up a bit (you know, give it some gas). That's right...she needs to drink sparkling water. She needs to drink San Pellegrino...

Sparkling water is basically carbonated water, which also happens to be the defining component in fountain drinks (and a negligible cause of dental erosion). But whatever...as along as Stella cuts out the diet coke she and her sparkling water will be just fine and dandy. Plus, it's sooooo fun to drink in a wine glass when she's on the wagon, and she can always add a lil lemon or lime for some extra fruity spice (and to disguise as a cocktail).
